1. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Processing times may be extended during launches, promotions, or holidays.
2. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
International shipping will be announced once available.
3. Can I return or exchange my order?
We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery.
Due to hygiene standards, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges are only available for products that arrive defective or damaged.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

We accept major credit and debit cards, along with other secure payment options available at checkout.
6. What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@gfskincare.com, including photos of the issue. We’ll make it right.
