We want you to love your Glass Flower products. If you are not satisfied, please review our policy below.
Returns
Due to the nature of skincare and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.
We accept returns only on unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- Item must be in original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Refunds
Once we receive your eligible return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
Incorrect Orders
If you received the wrong product, email us at support@gfskincare.com within 48 hours and we will correct the issue.
Final Sale Items
The following cannot be returned or refunded:
- Sale items
- Bundles
- Gift cards
- Limited-edition or seasonal items
