At Glass Flower Skincare, we want you to receive your products quickly and safely. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping is free on U.S. orders $60 and over.
  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Flat rate: $6.95
  • Free shipping on orders $60 and above

International Orders

  • We do not currently ship internationally. International shipping will be announced once available.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Addresses

Glass Flower Skincare is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses. Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Glass Flower Skincare is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked delivered. If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at support@gfskincare.com with photos.
